These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Relationsight mobile application and related services ("the app", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Relationsight is a relationship self-reflection app built around a finite, structured course. It provides journaling tools, daily check-ins, guided lessons, and AI-generated reflections to help you think clearly about your relationship.
Relationsight is a self-help and educational tool only. It is not therapy, counselling, or medical, legal, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for any of those. See "No professional advice" below.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Relationsight. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. Authentication is handled by our provider, Clerk.
Access to the Relationsight course is a single one-time purchase of £24.99 (or the local-currency equivalent set by the App Store). This is not a subscription. There are no recurring charges, and nothing renews automatically.
All purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account and are subject to Apple's terms. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your purchase entitles you to access the course content available in the app.
If you reinstall the app or use a new device, you can restore your purchase using the "Restore purchases" option, provided you are signed in to the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Because purchases are handled by Apple, all refund requests are managed by Apple under their standard refund policy. We do not process payments directly and therefore cannot issue refunds ourselves. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that breaches these Terms.
You retain ownership of the content you create in the app, such as journal entries, check-ins, and responses. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the app to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the content you submit.
The app, including its course content, lessons, text, design, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or content beyond the right to use the app for its intended personal, non-commercial purpose.
Relationsight provides general reflection and educational content only. It does not provide therapy, counselling, or medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. AI-generated reflections are for general guidance and may be inaccurate or incomplete. If you are in distress or your safety is at risk, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content or insight will be accurate or suited to your circumstances.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for any decisions you make about your relationship based on your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms. When you delete your account, your associated data is permanently deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.
If you have questions about these Terms, contact us at relationsight@gmail.com.
